Voucher Code Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.2 The Voucher can only be used by individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years old, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.

2. Voucher Code Usage

2.1 The Voucher code is valid for a limited time, as specified in the promotion and must be redeemed before the expiration date.
2.2 The Voucher is redeemable only for eligible purchases made through CopperPot Distilleries Company Website/Store.
2.3 To use the Voucher, the code must be entered at the checkout page during the online purchasing process. The discount will be applied to the order total when the correct Voucher code is applied.

9. Fraud Prevention

9.1 Any attempt to redeem a Voucher through fraudulent means, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, multiple submissions of the same voucher code, or other deceptive practices, may result in cancellation of the order and disqualification from future promotions.
9.2 CopperPot Distilleries reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who abuse Voucher codes or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 CopperPot Distilleries is not responsible for any issues arising from the use or inability to use the Voucher, including but not limited to technical issues, incorrect use of the Voucher code, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
10.2 CopperPot Distilleries is not liable for any lost or stolen Vouchers, or for any transactions that occur due to the use of the Voucher code.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

11.1 CopperPot Distilleries reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and the updated terms will apply to any future use of the Voucher.
11.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly for updates.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom , and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of, unless otherwise specified.
